Communication and repositioning

The repositioning of the Alpine & Relax Hotel Gerstl involved the complete reworking of the hotel's image. As well as the new company logo, there were also other areas that needed developing: the kitchen, the heart of the "Gerstl" hotel, principally uses regionally sourced products, cultivated within a 30-km radius of the hotel. For this purpose, the "R30" concept was developed with its own logo.

Werbecompany Meran designed a self-mailer for the summer season that had a convincing and appealing mixture of aesthetically pleasing images and short, informative text. The self-mailer proved to be very successful in gaining new clients, so much so, that another brochure, based on the same concept, was produced for the winter season.

The repositioning of the Gerstl hotel also coincided with the renovation works on the hotel. To highlight these changes we developed a special hotel newspaper, which regularly provides guests with the latest news, highlights, promotional packages and available accommodation.
